Yeasen garnered significant notice at the AACC (ADLM) 2023

The 75th American Clinical Chemistry Annual Conference and Clinical Experimental Medicine Expo (AACC), newly named as ADLM, took place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, USA, from July 23 to 27. AACC stands as the premier global exhibition for clinical testing equipment, drawing over 20,000 participants, including international medical professionals, healthcare experts, buyers, sellers, and distributors from 110 countries annually, all actively engaging in and fostering business collaborations.

During this year's AACC event, over 250 seminars were conducted, and we enthusiastically took part in several of them. In our pursuit of global expansion and gaining a broader perspective, we established a subsidiary in Maryland, USA, last year.

At this exhibition, we showcased the robustness and appeal of our product range to a worldwide audience, featuring a diverse array of high-impact products and comprehensive solutions。

RT-LAMP Dye Assay Kit(UDG plus) (Cat#13762)

RT-LAMP Dye Assay Kit (UDG plus) contains fluorescent dye, Hieff™ Bst Plus DNA Polymerase, heat-resistant Hifair™ Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase, MRI, and UDGas applied to LAMP reaction with RNA as template. This product is with high sensitivity and high specificity.

 Hieff Unicon® V Lyo-nCoV Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Kit (Cat#13775)

The Hieff Unicon™ V Lyo-nCoV Multiplex One-Step RT-qPCR Kit (with MgCl2) is a kit for multiplex quantitative PCR reactions using RNA as a template. During the experiment, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are performed in the same reaction tube, simplifying the experiment and reducing the risk of contamination. The unique Buffer and enzyme design allows for the preparation and product design of one-step RT-qPCR lyophilization reaction systems.

The kit uses heat-resistant Hifair™ V Reverse Transcriptase for efficient synthesis of first strand cDNA and Unicon™ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase for quantitative amplification. The kit mainly contains optimized lyophilized Buffer, Enzymes Mix, etc., with factors that effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification and factors that enhance the amplification efficiency of multiplex qPCR reactions, allowing multiplexed fluorescent quantitative amplification reactions to be performed while maintaining primer amplification efficiency. This kit has a matching lyophilization protector in the enzyme mix and can be used directly for lyophilization.

 Hieff NGS® DNA&RNA Library Co-Prep Kit V2 (Cat#12305)

Hieff NGS® DNA&RNA Library Co-Prep Kit V2 is a DNA&RNA co-library kit for Illumina&MGI sequencing platform, which contains efficient cDNA synthesis reagent and enzyme digestion reagent. Compared with the traditional library construction method, this product can efficiently complete cDNA synthesis and DNA&RNA library construction in one tube. The kit contains high quality enzyme for DNA fragmentation and combines DNA fragmentation, end-repair, and dA-tailing into one step, which reduce time significantly and cost of library preparation. This library prep kit has an excellent library conversion rate and is applicable for samples from all common animals, plants, microorganisms, etc., and also the FFPE samples. This upgraded kit using the latest optimized ligase greatly decreases the self-ligation rate during adapter ligation. Moreover, the introduction of a new high-fidelity polymerase further improves the homogeneity and fidelity of amplification.

All the components provided by the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional verification, which ensures the stability and repeatability of library construction to the greatest extent.

Hieff NGS® OnePot Pro DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Cat#12205)

Hieff NGS OnePot Pro DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a new generation enzymatic fragmentation-based library prep kit professionally developed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. This set simplifies the operation process compared with the traditional library construction method and also greatly reduces the time and cost by performing fragmentation, end repair and dA-tailing of dsDNA in one reaction.
