Figure 1. In vivo tracing of formulated LZCap Cy7 Cap-labeled mRNA showed that SM102 LNP-delivered mRNA was accumulatedin the liver, spleen, bladder, ovary, stomach and intestines initially but mostly in the liver and spleen after 24 hours. It is also found that the expression of encoded luciferase in the liver started at about 3 hours after injection.
